If a contract is concluded, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). In addition, the data—including name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase—will be stored until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
