Statement on the Duty to Disclose Information
The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
Contact Us
If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, we will store the information you provide for six months so that we can process your inquiry and address any follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Data storage
Please note that, in order to simplify the purchasing process and facilitate subsequent contract processing, the online store operator uses cookies to store the IP address of the internet connection owner, as well as the buyer’s name, address, and credit card number […].
In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, company name, and email address. The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into a contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company we have commissioned for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is canceled, the data we have stored will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). In addition, the data—including name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase—will be stored until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
