How does the booking process work?

Once you've found the room you want on the homepage, you can enter your desired dates into the calendar and easily book it online.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your reservation online using a credit card or via direct debit.

Will I receive a bill?

After you make your reservation, we will send the booking confirmation and your invoice to the email address you provided.

Are drinks available on site?

Vöslauer sparkling and still, as well as coffee and tea, will be available on the premises.

Can the room be rented for half a day?

At the moment, we only offer full-day rentals.

How do I get into the building?

About a week before your scheduled date, we will send you a personalized door code that will grant you access to the venue for the duration of your booking.

Will there be other people on site during my stay at
?

No, you have the entire space to yourselves.

What do I need to keep in mind when leaving
the premises?

Please make sure you haven't forgotten anything. Please close the door behind you.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our facilities. If the venue has a balcony, smoking is permitted there as long as the doors are closed.

When can I enter the premises and
by what time do I have to be out?

The daily rental fee covers use of the rooms from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Can I leave my materials in the seminar room overnight?

If you book the space for multiple days, you are welcome to leave your belongings on the premises. However, please take any valuables with you and note that our cleaning team will still come in the morning to clean the space.
