How does the booking process work?

As soon as you have decided on a room, you can easily check, if the date is still available and book the room online.

How does the payment work?

You can pay using a credit card, via direct debit or pay by invoice.

How many people fit in the rooms/ how many people are allowed in the rooms?

You can find the capacity of each room on the individual page.

Are there any covid19 precautions?

In addition to our strict cleaning process, all surfaces get disinfected before every booking.

We ask you to follow the current recommendations of the federal government.

Can you rent a room for half a day?

At the moment we only offer full day rentals.

How do I get inside the premises?

We will send you a personalised code with which you’ll have access to the rooms (for the day of your booking).

Will there be other people at the location during my rental?

No, you have the entire space to yourself.

What do I have to pay attention to when leaving the premises?

Make sure not to leave anything behind and close the door behind you.

How do I get to the Premises?

You will find a route map on the booking page.

Is it allowed to smoke in the premises?

It is prohibited to smoke inside the apartments. If the room has a balcony, you may smoke while the door is closed.

When can I enter the premises and when do I have to leave?

The daily rent includes a use of the room from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
